HOW DO I BECOME A MODEL?

Scene will only represent you, if we believe that you will work in the modelling industry. If you think you have potential, please email clean clear digital non professional photo's (ie. head shot, body shot, in bathers & any other's you wish to include). Please keep these pictures below one meg in size each.

Things to remember for your digital shots:

- These photos should not be professional.
- Do not pose.
- Background should be a plain wall.
- Girls do not wear makeup, sunglasses or hats.
- Make sure hair is not obscuring your cheeks.
- We want to see natural photos where we can see your bone structure.
- Clothing should be a solid colour, form fitting shirt or singlet and form fitting jeans or skirt.

Please enclose your contact details, height & body measurements. Hopefully you will be asked for an interview to discuss your future with Scene. If you are under 18 you should be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

We receive many applications therefore only successful applicants will be contacted.

HOW TALL DO I HAVE TO BE?

Typically girls who model have to be 5'9(175cm) - 5'11 (180cm) and a size 8 - 10.
Guys are generally 6'0 (183cm) - 6'3 (191cm)

If you don't quite meet the height requirements yet, because you are still at school, we would still love to hear from you.

HOW MANY PHOTOSHOOTS DO I NEED TO DO TO START MODELING?

None at all. Just a couple of snaps for your interview, if you are taken on, Scene will organise a test shoot with a photographer to start building your portfolio.

WHY DO I NEED A COMP CARD?

A composite card is the model's way of promotion. We constantly send it out to clients by post and via email. A model also gives it to clients on appointments.

WHAT IS A MOTHER AGENT?

A mother agent is the person who oversees a model's career, usually the agency who started or discovered the model is the Mother Agent. Your Mother Agents' role is to place you in a worldwide model network and guide you through your career. For example, Scene doesn't have an office in New York but we affiliate with NY based agencies.
